Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

This is your time to own a robot vacuum. CNET's top-rated models will be on sale for Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with discounts up to 57%.

The Roborock Q7 Max offers strong pressure and smart mapping, with apps-based no-go zones, and its 180-minute runtime is impressive. It also self-empties and automatically refills its water tank.

1. Roomba j7+ iRobot from iRobot.

The Roomba J7+, iRobot's most advanced robot to date is the Roomba J7+. Its biggest advancement, however, is its camera-based obstacle-detection technology. It uses AI to identify objects such as charging cords and shoes. It's also the first robot to automatically send you a photo of an object it encounters to let you know to stay clear of it in the future.

The Combo J7+ is the most efficient robot mop that we have ever tested. It removes dirt and spills effortlessly leaving no trace it was there. The iRobot app makes it easy to control. You can schedule cleanings and create Keep Out Zones to ensure it doesn't sweep in areas you don’t would like. It's compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant so you can start it and stop it with a voice.

The design is also better than the other models. It features an elegant, top piece that looks like toys rather than the loud and annoying robot. Clean Base's Automatic Dirt removal It also self-empties which can cut down on cleaning time.

In our tests, the j7+ was quick to clean up dust dirt, pet hair and other particles. The counter-rotating rubber brush roll kept the debris in one location instead of scattering it around the floor. It was able capture small pieces of gravel, sand, and even a bit of grit. The majority of robots cannot do this. It did all this without getting tangled up in our pet's shedding hair.

Although it's not as sophisticated as the $1,217 Roomba s9+ Self-Emptying Robot Vacuum and can't clean stairs The j7+ is still an excellent option for those who require both mopping and a vacuum in their home. It's not expensive and the iRobot App makes it easy to use.

Although the iRobot Home app is very user-friendly however we've found it be less reliable than other apps that use robotic cleaners. It can take a while to download updates and it can be difficult to tell whether they're functioning until you actually witness them in action.

2. Roborock Q5+

If you're looking for a robotic vacuum cleaner that can do more than simply clean your floors, a hybrid is the ideal choice. This category of bots typically comes with a built-in tank for water, meaning they can both vacuum and mop your house simultaneously. They also come with a variety of additional features, such as smart mapping, small obstacle avoidance, and even the capability to wash and dry mopping pads. The negative is that they tend to be expensive when purchased at full retail, but on Black Friday and Cyber Monday they are often reduced in price.

Roborock is one of our most loved robot vacuums and the Q5+ is no exception. It's their most affordable auto-empty model, and while it's not equipped with certain features that are found on more expensive models (like no-go zones and multi-story memory) it's a great option if you're willing to sacrifice a bit to save some hundred dollars.

The Q5+ is noticeably gentle around obstacles like wall legs and table legs and walls, which makes it an excellent choice for homes with lots of furniture. It's also extremely thorough in cleaning up dust bunnies, which is a problem which many robot vacuums often fail. The technology for navigation in the Q5+ is excellent as well, with only a few misses in corners and along walls.

The Q5+, as with other Roborock products can be controlled via just a few buttons on the device, or via the Roborock App. Through the app, you can start and stop cleanings and schedules, as well as create virtual barriers and no-go zones, and modify your home map or change the labeling of rooms.

If you opt for the Q5+ it includes a new auto-emptying dock, designed to make the robot easier to maintain. Installing it requires a screwdriver but once it's installed it can be done with relative ease. It also has a large LCD display that is great to have when setting up schedules or adjusting settings. This feature isn't essential for everyone, however it can help you effectively keep the robot's maintenance schedules.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot vacuum and mop that's impressively clever in its mopping and vacuuming capabilities. Its design and functionality are some of the best on the market - but it's also pricey.

Its base station looks good and is easily hidden when not in use, and the size is quite compact. But the station's main selling feature is the way it automatizes many tasks and functions that other robots will leave to you. It can store clean and dirty water, it electrolyzes and heats the water (which most other robovacs require you to do) also emptying the dustbin after vacuuming, and helps keep your robot clean and charged.

Its vacuuming performance is quite impressive, too. It's the few robovacs I've tested that do very well at collecting debris from unfinished floors, and it's not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot 900 series.

The Freo X Ultra is not free of faults, especially in the area of navigation. Its laser sensors and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable as other robot vacuums. This means it can get stuck or confused in certain areas or rooms in the house. It's also not able to climb stairs like other models and doesn't come with a dock that can create a cleaning area for plush carpets.

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a great option for those looking for a vacuum robot that can do everything.

However, if you're looking to save money or simply don't care about the limitations of this machine there are many other options available with a wide range of eufy models that cost considerably less. The Eufy Qrevo curv, for instance is a bit more expensive and has many more features, like stair climbing and a full-function Dock, which provides a better overall vacuuming experience on bare floors, low-pile carpets, and even high-pile carpets.

4. eufy RoboVac G30

Eufy is an Anker company that has a history of producing robot vacuums that offer the perfect balance of features, performance, and price.  best affordable robot vacuum  offers a powerful cleaning of hard and carpeted flooring, and a mopping function at a reasonable price. It's easy to set up, simply snap on one of the side brush and turn it on, then connect your charging dock. The app guides you through several steps to connect it to Wi-Fi. After that, the G30 is ready to go. The dock should be located near an outlet and have plenty of space to move.

The G30 is tiny, 2.85 inches tall to be precise and can be tucked away under sofas and other furniture with low clearance. Its design is more subtle in comparison to other models. It has a sleek black finish and three buttons that are physical for Auto Cleaning start/pause (which scrubs an area in a spiral pattern for two minutes) Recharge, and Spot Cleaner. You can also link the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home to conduct cleaning without a schedule using voice commands.

The way the G30 cleans is what sets it apart from other models. It makes use of an integrated map to create an image of the immovable objects in its path. It keeps track of the items it has cleaned and the areas it was unable to access. It then returns to the base to recharge and then continues cleaning where it left off.

The sleek G30 isn't without its faults, though. The iRobot Roomba is more durable and has lower cost of operation. It charges faster, has similar battery life and performs better on bare floors or low-pile carpet. It also comes with a larger dust bin that doesn't need to be empty as often and comes with an array of boundaries to ensure it isn't in certain areas. The G30 is less expensive and easier to maintain. Its smaller dust canister doesn't require as frequent emptying and it struggles less with bulky material such as cereal.
